Background

Human Cell Lysate is prepared by homogenization in modified CB specific buffer containing 50 mM Hepes, 50 mM NaCl, 1% Triton X-100, 5 mM EDTA, 1 5 mM DTT, 10 mM sodium pyrophosphate, 50 mM sodium fluoride, 1 mM sodium orthovanadate, and freshly add protease inhibitor cocktail.
